Smoker

 A few weeks ago, Alex got a smoker for his birthday.  We did a pork butt first but I didn't get a chance to snap any photos

 Here is the brisket we smoked today. 

 Here's the chef and his meat!

 And he finally got to meet this little guy; little Alex with big Alex!

 Here's the brisket all sliced up and ready to eat

 All this was too much excitement for little Alex; time for a snooze

 But awake again, not too much later
