Here's the recap: Friday night we had our friends, Adam and Catherine over for dinner, drinks, and dessert. I made a lemon blueberry pie and by the time I got my camera out, the pie was almost gone!
Saturday we attended a pig roast at my brother's wife's parents' house (phew, that was a mouthful!). Kyle's parents got this roaster for Christmas and he had yet to roast a pig yet.
It was quite the spectacle!
It fits a rather large, 100lb pig or a crap-load of chickens!

And this was the icing on the cake; Kyle's only task for the pig was to find the "prettiest" apple. Didn't take her long to figure out what it was for

And here's Kyle's nephew, CT3 (Chris Thompson the 3rd). He was in a pretty good mood and bouncing around like crazy! He's a cutie, for sure
