Ruining our reputation
So it seems it's Halloween night! For my family, Halloween used to be a big deal! For those of you who don't know, my family used to take our 1914 house with a wrap-around porch and transform it into a haunted house. It took us about a month to set everything up and about 20 people to run in Halloween night. We had a working guillotine, gallows, an electric chair (usually occupied by Veronica), an operating table, a maze, etc etc. We usually drew crowds upwards of 2,000 people and gave out over 100 lbs of candy!
Halloween is no longer that crazy for us. Alex and I decided to carve some "extreme pumpkins". As you can see, he likes to cheat with power tools!
Go ahead, take some candy!
This is my pumpkin
And here's Alex's. He did this last year and it was quite a hit! Lucky for us, we have a toilet sitting around (from our bathroom demo) so we decided to set it out on the porch...
Is it too early to ruin our reputation in the neighborhood??
Please don't hate us, neighbors :-)
