Argh-ugh-yargh

Just got some very un-helpful information from the selling agent about our house. She recently sent an adjusted HUD to the bank (as she paid off the first bank) we are currently negotiating with and after 3 weeks of hearing nothing from them, they finally got back to her and just told her they "got it". Nothing else. ARGH! They've been sitting on this for 3 weeks and doing nothing! So frustrating. The banks had been making such progress this whole time and I don't understand why they suddenly decide to drag their feet.

Blah...

Oh well...tomorrow is my birthday and Alex and I are going out to a nice dinner so I'm excited about that!
